For this illustration all the accordions are collapsed. However, in actual operation the first accordion containing information will be opened when the card is selected from Figure 4.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>But what are these accordions? <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>For the Component\/System search, the accordions contain the following information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Information specific to the component\/symptom searched.<\/li>\n<li>Information related to the sub-system of the searched component\/symptom.<\/li>\n<li>Information related to the super-system of which the above sub-system of the component\/symptom is a part.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Another way of looking at how the accordions organize the information would be to view it as progressively larger areas of the vehicle.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_47863\" style=\"width: 593px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-47863\" class=\"wp-image-47863 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/mitchell1.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Accordians6-1.png\" alt=\"Component\/System search\" width=\"583\" height=\"382\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-47863\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Figure 6 &#8211; The Component\/System search<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The Trouble Code search is somewhat different than the Component\/System search in that the codes are selected from drop-downs in the search box:<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_47866\" style=\"width: 1339px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-47866\" class=\"wp-image-47866 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/mitchell1.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Accordians7-1.png\" alt=\"Trouble Code Search\" width=\"1329\" height=\"620\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-47866\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Figure 7: Trouble Code Search<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The link to the \u201ccard view\u201d and the \u201ccard view\u201d operates in the same way as with the \u201cComponent\/Symptom\u201d search.
