It was a great experience for me, as it has been a few years since I actually worked in a shop.<\/p>\n<p>It was good to see the repair industry is thriving with all the technology these days. I was going over the navigation of TruckSeries, our <a href=\"https:\/\/mitchell1.com\/truckseries\">truck repair software<\/a>, with a technician and showing him the easiest way to find the information he needed for his repair. I then showed him just how easy it is to get help from our <a href=\"https:\/\/mitchell1.com\/support\/product-content-support\/\">Product Content Support<\/a> (PCS) folks, should he ever need it. Our PCS team consists of support technicians available to take your calls and answer your questions. Most are former professional automotive or truck technicians.<\/p>\n<p>If you should ever need that little extra bit of help, let me show you how easy it is to reach our team.<\/p>\n<p>In the top upper right-hand corner of the TruckSeries screen, locate and click on the \u201cContact Us\u201d link. The phone number (888-724-6742) provides instant support (select option \u201c3\u201d from the phone menu). PCS lines are open Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Pacific) and the average wait time is about seven seconds. The email option contact directs you to a simple form to fill out and send to the team.
