Carried out road test, heard hissing sound while under load, connected a smoke machine to the air intake system, induced smoke into the system to check for leaks and found smoke leaked from the charge air cooler hose. Removed charge air cooler hose and performed a visual inspection of the charge air cooler hose and found the charge air cooler hose was damaged. These test results verified the charge air cooler hose was faulty.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Correction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Replaced the charge air cooler hose, cleared codes, performed a road test and verified the vehicle operated properly.
